Ravens and Dolphins could just do a coach swap. Although I don't know why Harbaugh would want to go to Miami unless he is sick of the cold weather.

There are 8 coaching vacancies now. I was pretty confident that Saleh would be back next year because he wouldn't want to go to dysfunctional situations but now I am pretty sure he will be gone. It's Gus Bradley time. I guess Carter will be on the practice squad again.

I think they didn't fire McDaniels initially to wait on harbaugh. And once they'd confirmed he was available, and interested they cut McDaniels.

There was reporting that seven teams had expressed interest Harbaugh when only six had openings (not counting Baltimore).

I suspect Miami was that extra team.
