Then you want the 49ers to lose. If 49ers win Rams get the 6th seed. If 49ers lose they get the 5th seed.

Seahawks already have 13 wins. Even if they lose they finish ahead of Rams because Rams can only get to 12. If 49ers lose the Rams get the 5th seed because of their record against common opponents. Both teams would have 12 wins, 1-1 head to head and 4-2 in the division. So it would go to record against common opponents and the Rams have one more win than the 49ers in common opponents so they would get the 5 and 49ers get the 6.
