Whoa! For all that I'm used to sports and other things shifting online, The Oscars have always been one of those things that just felt like broadcast TV. Really didn't expect this one.

Does anyone still watch awards shows. I used to watch the Oscars and Grammys every year but I haven't watched either in many years now.

I usually just watch the highlights the next day on Youtube, so I guess this just cuts out the middleman.
