pull down to refresh

I am over 30 years old, and before 2020, I lived under the illusion that life was governed by how much money you earn, how much money you have, and how much money you can spend.
And that's peculiar, because I didn't even really know what money was.
After what happened in 2020, my mindset changed a lot, and I realized that I still had a lot to learn and work on.
My way of earning a living in those days consisted of going out every day to sell candy.
Being locked up gave me time to observe other realities and notice that there were people in situations much more difficult than mine.
I also noticed that many people made a living from the comfort of their homes.
That sparked something inside me.
I needed to understand even more about how the world worked and the many ways to provide for a household.
I began to fill my head with knowledge that I did not previously possess, and among those unknown burrows, I stumbled upon Bitcoin.
Obviously, I did not understand it at first. My first impression was the wrong perspective that most people have (wow, with this I can earn more dollars).
After studying hard and dedicating tireless hours to it, I can say that I have come to a full understanding of the subject. (Bitcoin is the only real salvation available to us mortals).
Today, five years after the events of 2020, my situation has changed in many ways. I work from home, study, and can devote more attention and time to my family.
I sincerely understand that I cannot undo the previous 15 years of mismanagement just by accumulating a few SATS over the last 5 years.
But for me, it has been a huge step forward (even if others don't think so and see me as someone wearing a tin foil hat).
It is difficult to quantify how far we have come unless you look at it from the right perspective.
We all have that misguided bias within us that “we want to change our lives in the blink of an eye,” quickly and overnight.
And honestly, what I've learned most from studying bitcoin (aside from the fact that the money I knew was a scam) is that nothing is possible in the blink of an eye; everything requires a gestation period and then another period of maturation.
And although I don't have an exact formula to measure my progress over the last five years, I know for sure that I have made significant progress.
I don't know what the future holds, but there is one thing I know with 100% certainty: I will continue to move forward, no matter what happens.
We can move forward together, or I can continue moving forward on my own, but I will undoubtedly keep going.
“I burned my bridges the moment I set foot on this beach” (Bitcoin).
I will continue to stack SATS, and I will continue to look for ways to live as freely as I can.⏭️🔜🏃
If you've made it this far, thank you for reading.
