I never thought I'd find Lions Mane in the south east, but today I stumbled upon a small one on my walk.

I figured there might be more, so I kept looking. As I was wrapping up my walk, I stopped to pee by a tree and glanced out and there was a larger one right in front of me. It was a bit old, but still a cool find.

Funny happenstance I thought.
