It does seem like that. I wonder if it is more because of the difficulties of getting through to him in the first place. I imagine he's busy and his people get a lot of requests. 

I didn't realize Straw was I'm this position. Was a fan back in the day. 

I am all for the pardon but Trump is totally random with these.

I know Trump loves pardoning famous people, but Straw had served his time so long ago that I'd practically forgotten he was convicted. But good for Straw, who's had a challenging time recently (recovering from heart surgery, etc).
