Why do you expect the state to be reasonable? They are thugs who believe they can use deadly violence if you defy them.

It's a kill them all and let the courts slap pur wrists if we're wrong attitude. The state has so much power at this point, they have very little to lose when using excessive violence against you.

If you use violence against the state in self defence it becomes their justification for burying you.

If they use violence against you, it is default assumed legal, and if proven unjustified results in a fine at worst.

The state is a thug. It does not care to hear your arguments. It does not follow logic. It uses violence and can call on a scale of violence no single person can combat.

Those police actions that are being shared are ridiculous even among those who don't understand the concept you presented; however, the defense of those victims is done incorrectly because it is based on state law that "allows" the police to commit that violence. These people are validating those actions when they present themselves as citizens under the jurisprudence of their law and the police action of the agents.
