Has anyone made a step-by-step guide to how to not only create but fund the User-Created Markets? As someone who has never done this type of stuff before I got to the second part and had no idea what I should put in or change?

I am trying to set up a NHL Stanley Cup winner market for what it is worth! @grayruby @Undisciplined if yall have any insight to help Id love to hear it!

I think Predyx should set up the Stanley Cup and NBA championship markets because they will require a lot of liquidity. Unless you want to post 100k sats.

Maybe try with another NHL market for your first one.

Creating the market is pretty straightforward but I agree a tutorial would be helpful

Yeah as I was trying to do it the whole thing just got more confusing for someone who hasnt dont it before and then I just threw up the post lol.... I do hope they add it though.

Esp. since both seasons start this week!

NBA is still in preseason. I believe NBA starts on the 21st.

For the liquidity part, I'm still tinkering with what the right amount seems to be.

You can base the initial odds on what public sportsbooks are posting, but it'll be expensive because you have to put up enough sats to cover the extreme longshot cases.

We were talking about how it's probably best to leave the really big markets, like Stanley Cup, for Predyx to make themselves, because that removes any concerns about trusting the user who made the market.

Yeah looking at it more and more this type of thing I agree with you its pretty cost prohibitive for individuals starting out to do markets this big lol.

Yeah it was more of a question that turned into how hopefully Predyx adds it so it has proper liquidity cause I dont have those kinda sats sitting around lol
