After 3 years, we are no longer able to sustain the costs of running Tribyu and the project will be coming to a close. While this is disappointing, we are proud of the 1.41 BTC that we were able to reward to players over that time.
It has been an incredible journey and we are grateful to everyone who played, supported, and shared in the experience. Thank you for being part of Tribyu. @everyone
Hmm, I don't know anything about this platform. Was it a launcher for a few games that integrated somehow with bitcoin payments? Did they have to maintain their own game servers?
They had an open source "Minecraft" server where you had "Miners" that you ran to earn part of the daily BTC pool. Also they had some kind of plugin for Counter strike and a few other games.

Yeah it is disappointing, Having a Bitcoin Gaming I have always thought is a great way to get people off zero.
Microsoft kicking them off Minecraft a year ago was giant kick in the nuts.
