Need to access OpenAI documentation and resources from Hong Kong. What's the cheapest VPN to serve this purpose?
Also, preferably, one that accepts Bitcoin (lightning or on-chain) for payment.

I head that China Telecom, offer services. Seriously.
reply
Lnvpn.net if you really need a vpn service. Try ppq.ai if you need openai. But you can also try chat.qwen.ai

Mullvard is <$5 and you can pay it in Bitcoin with Lightning
In China you may do not want to be on record paying for a VPN with your KYC-ed bank account.
Idk if you can buy it from Hong Kong but probably, since I can connect to Hong Kong with it.

you could try the free version of proton, see if that gets you what you need.
Mullvad and proton both accept bitcoin
reply
Proton say they accept Bitcoin (https://proton.me/support/pay-with-bitcoin)
But the billing window looks different for me than when I open the guide:
Edit: Okay I immediately take it back, Bitcoin is only available in the +12 month option
reply
Mullvad will probably be better then as you can pay for a month via lightning
