It's fascinating that the guaranteed income stream from speeches is gone in this current environment. Ford made a killing on speeches, and Clinton and Nixon both did pretty well with them as well.

I don't think it's the environment that prevents him from making speeches... based on his behavior in office I think he just wouldn't be a good speaker.

I genuinely feel bad for him. Based on the behavior of Hunter Biden and Jill Biden, he seems like an old man suffering from dementia, surrounded by sharks who don't really care about him and are just trying to use him.
