I love to wearing wrist watch when awake. But not when going to bed. I think wearing a wrist watch when asleep may negatively affect the blood flow. I'm not a health expert, but I don't think it's good to sleep with a wrist watch on.
I too, I don't like it either. For some reason I've never ever liked even the analogue watches. I don't know why but sometimes I've been called miser for my minimalist behavior.
