There are tasks on Microlancer for things like watching a Youtube video (or maybe just to Like and Subscribe), or other simple things like that.

It's very early, buggy, and doesn't seem to be functioning properly yet, but nostr has a client called second.exchange that has ambitions as a value for value blogging platform.
