Sama redefines intelligence as "storing and querying knowledge", because that's the product he has. Something humans have lost the race from the internet since that gained traction some 2 decades ago, which is the source of his product.
I'd argue that kids that grow up with these tools available from day 1 will be able to be much smarter than us.

Even the use of the word "intelligence" is suspect....and part of the marking psyop he constantly engages in (my creation is so dangerous!!!!)
Whatever "intelligence" that AI has, it was all generated by humans. Autocorrect++ is a pattern matching rube-goldberg contraption. It is very useful, but its more of an "automated library retrieval system" then it is free-standing intelligence.

There are days that I feel that even autocorrect++ is a compliment for cat /dev/random | autocorrect

Yes intelligence is beyond the regurgitation of known facts . AI can’t reason and doesn’t have any instincts. It can’t imagine or come up with a genuine idea and work that idea into reality.
AI still struggles with counting the number of letters in a word and will provide you misinformation as fact which is an insult to intelligence.
Until I see AI do something unprecedented unknown to mankind I will stay with humanity winning the intelligence race for now.

Man, kids born today will at some point in the future be what AI is today; they'll become one with technology.
