Good morning, guys.

I spoke with the head of my company branch to discuss the possibility of starting a Bitcoin treasury. I also discussed the possibility of providing payment gateway services for other companies with BTCPayserver. Since the company I work for provides cloud services and has a large client base, I would be happy to create a good node and provide payments on the Lightning Network.

I need some good ideas and experiences that you have already implemented.

One important topic to take into is how are you planning to do the custody of the company funds?

Multisig? Who will be the signers?, where the hardware wallet will be stored?, what hardware wallet are you planning to use?, do you have all the knowledge about the tax implications of holding BTC for a company?, and so on ..

The company is valued at about 5 billion dollars, and they have a good cash flow, the boss knows how to do good business and invests in the well-being of workers, pays good salaries... he has a good vision, let's see if he buys the idea, I hope so.
