Oh my God Speaker Johnson might have managed to pull it off once again! Already two No’s, one who was a No when it first passed out of the House has flipped to a Yes. Some HFC Members might end up not voting either which would help lower the losses given the Dems have 212 Votes. It needs 213 to pass and previously the reason that Johnson could only lose 3 Votes was under the assumption they voted no.
