There’s not much you can do besides announcing on social media and letting people close to you know that you’re giving the cat away. A cat can adapt better to life on the streets than a dog, but I don’t think that’s ideal if you initially committed to caring for it.

one of my friends has been in your position. she played it like this.
all the colleagues helped in keeping the cat with them for a 3-5 days period cause the 'owner' was out of town. from time to time the cat went back to her. 3 rotations later the parents started to miss the cat and ask about the cat. by the 5th rotation she told them the truth and was allowed to keep it.
your case is more complicated cause it involves baby cats... I wish you luck.

I live in Tunisia, my city doesn't have adoption centers
I tried looking for someone to take her but still no luck
She's pregnant and my mom is furious she want me to take her away but it's breaking my heart
