Change my mind: Large bitcoin transactions should not be private

I've contemplated the curious contradiction that is privacy as well. Privacy employed by the powerful allows them to abuse that power, yet privacy employed by those without protects them from the abuse of power. Chicken or the egg?

Hi. I'm a full-stack dev. New to Blockchain, NFT, & Bitcoin development. However, I have:

• Strong ideological alignment with DeFi/De*/Self-sovereign identity
• Stellar client/colleague/personal references
• Mind-blowing productivity for my passions
• Desire to build the future of decentralization and BTC on lightning network
• Insatiable appetite for learning

I want to make it easier for humans to trust and love each other and I believe decentralizing authority can do this.

My primary intended targets for decentralization via software skills:

Communication at scale (in particular, social media/artistic expression) & Governance (SSI)

My primary intended targets for decentralization via sales skills:

Spiritual/religious organizations and non-toxic BTC evangelists

I am currently doing these by myself, but financial stability will help me do this with fewer busywork distractions that swallow up a large portion of my week.

I used to run a company. It didn't work for me. I intend to remain solo, but am happy to collab as a contractor/partner.
