Yes, my cholesterol is at 236, which is the "actually good" range, but my doc said maybe try to bring it down, which I know to be incorrect.

I recently tested at 640 Ng/dL. Feeling good about that.

Everything going real good. Been out of surgery for month. Will have 1 or 2 more surgeries, but the big one is over and healing as expected.

we looked at chlorine dioxide but did not actually use it. she was getting some nutrition advice and while the doc had used this in the past, he did not find it right for her body at this time.

This opens up endless conversations, especially with the older kid - about money, about how the world works, etc.

We have discussed inflation, loans, mortgages, credit ratings, savings, etc.

You don't have to have a particular plan. Just start giving them sats and talk about it when the moment occurs.
