I have been constructively discharged. It is not so bad.
That's essentially how I started working on my business full time. So it worked out well for me in the long term.
Essentially I was working a contract job and covering the Ontario region and they terminated the contract for the guy responsible for Western Canada and tried to put all his work and responsibility on me without any added benefit to me. Untenable so we agreed to part ways and not renew the contract.
Fortunately, I had my business which I had worked on for a number of years part time to fall back on and didn't have to accept their bs deal.
I think his attitude was also a problem. Getting knocked down a peg seems to have helped him in that regard. I am not sure it is smart to ever pay WRs a second contract. If it is a truly elite top 5 guy maybe but teams giving WR drama queens 30M/yr contracts needs to stop.
Ravens and Dolphins could just do a coach swap. Although I don't know why Harbaugh would want to go to Miami unless he is sick of the cold weather.
There are 8 coaching vacancies now. I was pretty confident that Saleh would be back next year because he wouldn't want to go to dysfunctional situations but now I am pretty sure he will be gone. It's Gus Bradley time. I guess Carter will be on the practice squad again.
This year's college playoff has been really good. Hopefully the Peach bowl is good as well.
