I'm building a lightning-chess website atm, it's got nostr login and you can zap an opponent after a good game etc
It's quite basic as it's my first attempt at a website and the complexities of combining chess logic and nostr relays has been eye opening 😳
It's really for people who already know how to play

Yeah i was just listening to James Lavish on a pod and he coined this phrase that sounds pretty catchy and i'm not sure this is right but he said 'Bitcoin only has to go up 11.5% year on year to be able to pay its divvy', assuming that has links to Bitcoin's CAGR and the NAV, but thats a handy way to think of it
yeah i agree with that, the brutal irony will be when there is a crisis event, strategy bros will be requesting withdrawals and we all know what happens in those scenarios
We saw it recently with the gold and silver pump recently, there were queues of certificate holders standing in the rain asking for permission to have their dollars back
All the while in a crisis or not, you're free to send and recieve your Bitcoin at will
As long as the normies are fixated on the fiat ngu they'll struggle to make the connection
isn't it the fiat people who don't believe enough in Bitcoin, but are willing to risk their fiat for 11.5% yield?

Interesting, could be a way to unite Ireland, the south initially swallowed the woke EU mind virus and the north has it's history that goes without saying, historically Ireland has major ties to US and could be a way forward, i'd push back about seeing dollars in London, the GBP will prevail if the state of UK is retained, if GB goes full US ownership then dollars ok, but far too much history for Brits to fall under the US umbrella
So the UK's crashing out of EU with Brexit may make your theory slightly easier?
the UK gets a seat at the table of the Anglosphere bloc, we keep the pound in our pocket, the dollars weakens enough for Bitcoin to get reserve status, Tradegy is nationalised by US gov and crossing the Atlantic for work or family gets easier for Brits, but we look independent on paper and not the 51st state.

The normie lives in an anxious world with nothing but negativity and depressive dramas
The stacker lives in a positive, world of possibilities
And when the stacker shows the shopkeeper or explains part of our world, they are almost touched by it, they see a glimpse of what could be
