How do you construct mixed input transaction

coinbin seems i can download the source code and use it as offline. anyway, the most appropriate way seems using python library above..

thanks!! is this library suitable for real mainnet usage??

I’m learning Bitcoin.
I looked at this [transaction](https://blockstream.info/tx/177dcf62211e847163dca88923e829c63bbfdbeb454b1b178ce6a2652fc7c590), it uses P2WSH and P2SH-P2WSH as inputs.

How do I create a transaction like that?
I saw Coinb.in has a manual raw-transaction builder that lets you enter inputs and outputs manually, can I use that?

nLocktime.. is hard fork inevitable?

is the hard fork inevitable in 2016??? that's frustrating..

why satoshi did not leave enough space for this... like u128 and compact form..

Reading this [guide](https://learnmeabitcoin.com/technical/transaction/locktime/), from learnmeabitcoin.com about locktime, i just learned that there's last 4bytes data in transaction,  LockTime, only treats values below 500,000,000 as block heights.
Since we are at block 917584 now, so to reach 499,999,999 it’ll take… roughly 9,486 years..

After that, we won’t even be able to set block-based timelocks.
is hardfork inevitable to re-enable to setup block based nLocktime?

I’m kinda scared we’ll need a hard fork in the future...
