you noticed! :)
Yes we did revoke some NWC keys so you may need to re-connect your wallet. You can get your NWC connection string here: https://coinos.io/settings/nostr
Your account looks ok to me but you can change your NWC secret here just to be safe if you like: https://coinos.io/settings/nostr
Hi guys our lightning node was freezing up, it's been restarted and should be working again now hopefully.
We no longer support Liquid assets other than L-BTC but we'd like to add them back in at some point. There are a few other features on the priority last though so I can't give an ETA on it.
Haha no, to be clear I am looking to get more users and grow the platform and I do appreciate everyone who tries it out, finds problems, and gives feedback. I'm not to the point yet of feeling over-burdened or at capacity, I was just saying that there may come a day when that happens.
We're on the same page @kepford -- the more users we get, the more of a target we become but it also forces us to improve and scale. I'm glad to provide a service that makes it easy for people to transact. I'm hoping that with enough time and battle scars it may grow into a stable enough platform that others can fork it and run their own instances with confidence so that not all the responsibility is on my shoulders.
I'm content to continue building it and growing it organically on my own for now. I have enough funds to personally back-stop and insure against losses for the time being but if a lot more people start coming on board and storing too much money in their accounts then I'll need to take some action like putting limits on, making it invite only or charging custody fees.
Withdrawals are limited especially for accounts that we deemed to be compromised but you can reach out to support@coinos.io and we can manually whitelist you for now. We'll be relaxing the withdrawal limits and eventually removing them as we gain confidence in our countermeasures.

I'm varying the limit depending on whether I'm actively monitoring the server or not. I've been whitelisting individual accounts if I see them trying to withdraw or if they reach out and ask.
Yes multiple NWC secrets is something I was going to work on this week actually before this issue came up -- hopefully will get onto it next week when the dust settles.
Please email your IP address to support@coinos.io so we can unban you. It must've been blocked by mistake.
They didn't crack passwords as far as I can tell, they just found a way to change them. But yes I'll consider making them stronger.
Sorry I restarted our server a couple times this morning. I think it's back online and working again now but let me know if you're still having problems
I haven't figured out how to do route blinding with CLN. I asked in their telegram group but no response yet.
Sorry I'm late to the thread. Yeah we've had some payments getting stuck in a pending state rather than outright failing lately so our server doesn't credit them back properly until I manually intervene in some cases. I'm hoping it resolves with the next Core Lightning release that should be coming pretty soon.
Sorry for the slow reply. We introduced a bug with the bolt12 update but have fixed it now so regular bolt11's should be working again.
Hi sorry I'm late to this thread but yeah we had an issue with our CLN node crashing last night. Unfortunately it only partially crashed, specifically the new and somewhat experimental "renepay" plugin that we enabled recently to handle outgoing payments.
If the whole node had crashed we'd be better off because our docker service would have automatically restarted it. Anyways.. manually restarting it solved the problem and it's been running fine for about 12 hours now. I filed an issue on the core lightning github repo so hopefully someone from the team can figure out what caused the crash and fix it.
