Most of the merchants I've bought from keep the sats. These are the smaller stores and the weekend markets. Blink is the most widely used wallet.

I just signed up and finding the sign up button was not clear. 
The wallet stuff was tricky, but cool to learn. I'm using Coinos and it attached easy enough. 
I'm 14 years old. We can do this.
