I want to be in a position that I am not threatened with financial ruin or even life threatened, for either myself or my extended family, if I express an opinion or relate my firsthand experience of an event, or series of events, that I have witnessed. I am not in that position yet and therefore it remains my quest. I sincerely believe that bitcoin may offer the possibility to, at least somewhat, help me to protect that eventuality.

Was just thinking with my original post that it's probably about time to have some fud spread about the possible quantum attacks on bitcoin given that those chinese researchers have "claimed" a breakthrough. Just noticed someone else posting on SN about it so expect to see more fud running through the usual "crypto" channels.
