these asinine studies are conditioning people to think that "intrinsic structural helical-strand material-based" features and possibilities of the body-mind complex are for the most part unchanging - i.e. u get what u got, including the lifespan;
very few wish to be part of the 120+ yo club and remain in great health & strength - the criteria are strict and extreme for the average normie, who according to some statistics die within 10 years after state-determined retirement age;
i think that by avoiding & blocking the life-shortening intoxications (within breathing air, nutrition, electromagnetic spectrum, etc.) & infestations (most importantly the parasites that control the lifespan & population size of human beings), the lifespan in years becomes almost irrelevant, and even decades can become only minor achievement checkpoints;
