Just a toggle off and on would be nice. 1 sat per minute for relaxing real life screen saver.
Edit: just got my fish tank…
I created a template email to send to every local shirt designer I can find, asking them to accept my BTC for their services. I'd love to locally buy and sell shirts just to get some BTC moving around!
the resource list on https://runcaliber.com/ is quite good as well. Here it is.
I buy farm fresh eggs from a tiny chicken farm near by. They like to denominate in USD so my sat price fluctuates but it's been 44-61k sats per dozen! An egregious amount, I know, but someone who would never have been self custodying now is and also the man (it's a couple) loses a lot of money per year at the local poker game so there is some balance there.
This highlights yet another reason why developing countries who accept bitcoin are just going to sky rocket. Mi Primer Bitcoin in El Salvador is already pumping out tens of thousands of educated students of all ages month after month and they expect to grow exponentially.
My biweekly egg delivery came on wednesday. I get them from a local small chicken farm and they've agreed to accept my sats in exchange. I do pay in a USD denomination so this last wednesday I saw a decent increase in price, but all good. for BCE!
Hey Anita! I love your work and your book. I recommend it to many.
Would it be possible for an average American to liquidate everything they own to btc and plug directly into your efforts there? Via a payed or even voluntary job?
Thank you for your effort.
Thank you for this! You really put the last 14 years into perspective.
