This video exposes YouTube’s horrendous business practices by the way they push disgusting content to young children.
The video is shocking and I’ve watched it 3 times already. Once alone once with my wife and once with my oldest teenager. Being a parent of 3 teenagers, my wife and I had really strict rules about screen time when our children were younger and after watching this video I’m glad we were and still are about our technology rules.
Great video to watch any parent and for anyone who has a young child in their life.
The state is always looking to pass laws to protect the cronies and their monopolies not the individual’s rights.
AI is opening up countless doors for individuals making a living or just having fun online and big government and big companies are trying to shut the doors before anyone can get through them.
I like the play on Zizek. I’m a libertarian but I still listen to Zizek haven’t heard anything in a while, still nice.
Used cars sales man are the worst. I’ve bought one car off a car lot in my life and it will be my last. There is always something wrong with cars and they push useless insurance on people. Next time I buy a car it will be new or a used one from an individual not a car lot.
I’m trying to get a Start9 but they’re a bit pricey and at the moment they’re sold out. But when I save up the money and they’re back in stock, I’ll be running knots.
Comparing Bitcoin adoption to natural selection makes sense because as people say “Bitcoin is an IQ test”. Those who adopt Bitcoin will thrive and those who don’t will suffer. Those who decide to continue using fiat will be left behind and eventually will have to adopt Bitcoin or go extinct along with fiat.
If Nvidia had a “kill switch” we should all be worried. But it is true that if it surfaced that Nvidia or any other company had such a thing built into their chips it would be a suicide for said company. China seems to be acting spiteful towards both the US and Nvidia in an attempt to hurt both. Creating FUD on whether Nvidia has a “kill switch” can cause extra scrutiny from the US government towards Nvidia which serves China.
Artificial intelligence is more likely to want to keep us around while societal divide leads to friction and potential wars.
I would not trust any government to be honest about any reserves they claim to own. The US still has not shown proof or gold reserves or it’s Bitcoin reserves. African countries are known for the corruption in the government and volatile when it comes to the rule of law which puts these countries far from the top of the leader board when it comes to trust. This alone is enough proof that their plan will fail not to mention, as the article mentions, the low levels and poor conditions of infrastructure.
Sound like a good idea but so does the idea of world peace.
I had first heard about bitcoin between 2012-2013 but at time I had young children, was working at night and going to college during the day and had very little money.
Atlas Shrugged was my first choice but someone mentioned it already so for a younger audience
Anthem by Ayn Rand https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthem_(novella)
And honestly Rand should have her own section in the freedom library
I don’t like watching preseason but I watched the Raiders first drive before coming to the gym.
I was promised yards and broken tackles from Jeanty.
