The token is employed to a) provide liquidity to holders (they don't have to wait until OTORI makes an exit) and b) providing OTORI with capital to invest in pre launch tokens (like for example investing in Liquidium or Arch network before the public token launch) of startups that we screen and vet through our partnership with the BTC StartupLab. c) calculate the NAV (Net Asset Value) in real time. Since all proceeds from OVT sales are 100% going into other tokenized investments, we can calculate and track the NAV in real time.

The token will be sold in TGEs via rolling raises (~$1M every two months), to keep the ability to continuously invest in promising early stage startups.
