First of all, you're still waiting for the result of an European play-off where Italy is favorite. That's a tough one. Then, Switzerland can be very competitive. Weakest is Qatar. You may have options to qualify for the last 32 round. Host countries always perform well.

Also, regarding parity in European leagues. There is a lot of discussion about how the income generated is distributed. In Spain, you will not be surprised that there is a huge difference between what Real Madrid, Barça and Atletico receive in comparison with the rest of teams . This means that it is really difficult for a middle class team to reach the top three.

Hahaha, definitely! This week some journalists were asking some Real Betis fans whether they would rather winning an European cup or beat Sevilla FC every single time we play against them. The vast majority of them were answering to always beat Sevilla....
