I think the best option is sparrow/electrum offline wallet. You can create a wallet with Tails in a offline pC. With the offline pc you can see de pubkeys and never filter anything about your key on internet.

Vaultwarden selfhosted as a server and Bitwarden as a client. It is perfect for all de OS and very comfortable.
