Sounds awesome! The big question is what is the future of 3 million mobile money agents across Africa?

Have you noticed more "copyright claim" on more videos on Facebook these days.

Hashem with 34 million fans has brought the issue of copyright claims. Seemingly if your content has any licensed sound effects, free royalty or creative commons sourced content the first person to register it with Facebook rights manager gets the ad revenue and can claim copyright of all of them.

So Hashem writes:

"Hey Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg, are we going to focus on creating meaningful content, or should we just waste our time disputing false copyright claims that come through Rights Manager? #FixFacebook

Believe it or not, still no official response from Meta on whether the issue I raised in my last post will be fixed. Check out my last post for more details.

Users, publishers and content creators are the pillars upon which this platform stands. Without us, it will just be the next “MySpace”, and within a short period of time it will be forgotten. If our concerns are not addressed, then it means Meta doesn’t value our presence here. We spend hours of our lives being here, and time is money. Rights Manager is the single worst tool ever introduced on this platform, and for us to stay here, it should be fixed. We deserve a platform where users and content creators are appreciated and valued.

At the risk of getting the world’s largest science communication Facebook page deleted or demonetized, I will continue to raise this issue until we have an official response from Meta on whether the issues with Rights Manager will be fixed. Until then, I urge all of you to share this post everywhere you can, and use these hashtags to make our voices heard: #FixFacebook #FixRightsManager

I also urge all publishers and content creators to join the fight for Fair Use and stand against the false copyright claims that continue ruining our experience on Facebook. Share your concerns about Rights Manager and make your audience fully aware of what’s going on.

Im inclined to think that positioning it as "donate-as-you-earn " podcast platform is a much more attractive proposition to existing community on such as The Giving blockchain. You non.profit accepting crypto and donors already giving crypto. .So perhaps positioning as Podcasting 2.0 for non profit niche. where the intent is to "listen to give" more than to earn. That's what I see from where I'm sitting in Botswana.
