It's like Wordle, but instead of giving your priceless data to the NYT right out the gate, you give me 100 sats a game starting on your fourth game. Also...it was vibe coded. Oh yeah!

I was having fun making the crosswords a little while back, but it was quite a long climb for a short slide. By the way, remember the Christmas one last year? I decided it's time to work smarter, not harder (and I'm trying to impress a bitcoin company that does mini-apps for a potential career shift) and built something that has replay-ability without a necessary rebuild every iteration. @grayruby should be happy to know, that it's got to be my easiest game to date. :)

FYI played 4 games and clicked play again. A notification flashed on screen in the background saying payment required before playing but there was no payment prompt. Exited out and went back in. Got the notification again but still no way to pay.

You need a browser extension wallet. You can use GetAlby, open in the Fedi app, or something like that, but it’s gotta be webln compatible.

I used Alby browser extension. It didn't prompt payment. Just tried again and it did prompt payment this time (third try).

Edit: Payment failed. Error: configure your funding source or something along those lines.

Normally I’d say that I needed something up, but I’m definitely seeing some folks get payments through at this point.

I haven't used it in months but I have it connected to nostr and it seems to send and receive zaps ok.

You can click through that for the first three games. After that, you do need a browser wallet. I’m taking a page out of the crack dealer’s book here.

Yeah, I’ll try to update that soon. I made this game specifically to impress a particular company that uses that tech, but it seems like it may have more universal appeal if we go that route. I’ll keep you posted when I can add a QR payment.

I am unsure of how this game works. I am not supposed to solve each word before I move to the next one? I only got one letter correct but in the wrong place and it prompted me to move to the next word.

Don't mind me. I figured it out. I thought I have to solve all words but I am just collecting letters to solve one word. Got it.
